SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY:

All items* are delivered within 5 business days from when you place your order. However, delays do happen occasionally so please be patient, your Coop products will get to you. *To help eliminate waste, our hats are made to order and will take around 7 business days to get delivered - we appreciate you helping the environment with us!

SHIPPING COSTS:

$5 flat shipping fee​. Shipping is FREE for orders of $100+.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We understand! Sometimes something is just not for you and you want to return or exchange it. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days. ​Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from when your Coop order is delivered.​To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.​
